Today's Sunday Morning Breakfast turned into brunch. I chose a crockpot recipe, and with all the basketball tournament hoopla {HOORAY IU!}, I forgot to get it started last night!
Anyway, we are having Apple and Granola Breakfast Cobbler. It's like dessert for breakfast...and who doesn't love that??? To make, peel, core and slice four Granny Smith apples, and place them in the crock pot. Sprinkle a half cup of brown sugar, one teaspoon of cinnamon, and one tablespoon of lemon juice over the apples, and mix. Next add two tablespoons of butter cut up into smaller pieces and two cups of low-fat granola {is there really such a thing?} and give it another few stirs. Cook on low for six hours, or high for 2-3 hours. You could serve it with yogurt, fresh berries, or my personal favorite, low-fat Cool Whip. Enjoy!

Totally read "Gobbler" instead of "Cobbler" and I was super confused. Hahahaha.
