This week has been crazy, which is why I forgot to post my belly picture for 15 weeks. Better late than never!
As you can see, still no notable bump. Let's see how long this baby takes to make his or her first noticeable appearance.
This week, the gifted and talented classes went camping. That's right...57 kids, 18 parents, and 3 teachers. Good times! I'm so thankful that the kids had a blast, but I'm even more thankful to say that this trip is behind me. While I was gone, Kevin painted the baby's room! One more thing to check off of the list.
I am also thankful for my pregnancy and my MANY friends' pregnancies. Yesterday, I heard some very sad news and it made me so grateful that things are on track with me and my girlfriends who are expecting.
I will hopefully remember to post my picture this weekend, not that there will be much of a change!
This weekend, Kevin and I went on a camping trip with some of his friends. Unfortunately, none of the wives were able to go so I was the lone girl. It rained for about 5 hours, and after trying to stay warm in my hoodie while by the fire and playing euchre, I gave up. I resorted to the tent, where I graded papers and tried to warm myself up. A few hours later, Matt and Mike showed up with the dining fly...but of course, as in all good comedies, the rain had stopped 10 minutes prior.
We made dinner (Kevin's wonderful burgers), played cornhole, and I roasted and ate marshmallows...like 20 of them. The guys stayed up bonding, and I hit the sack. It was a nice trip. Oh, the dog in the picture is Keller's. His name is Miles, and he is AWESOME. Tobi went camping, too, but not with us. He spent the night at Camp Bow Wow in Carmel.
